Shopify Integration
For retailers with Shopify stores.

How to Install and Configure the Lucky Rhino Connector App from the Shopify App Store
1. Visit https://apps.shopify.com/lucky-rhino-connector.
2. Click the "Log in to install" button.
3. Choose the Shopify Account you want to use to login to your store.
4. Click Install.
5. Complete the form and click "Sign up."
(This information is used to populate our partnership agreement document which will later be sent for e-signature. Please ensure that this information is accurate to ensure the best onboarding experience.)
6. You will receive an email notification to let you know that your application is currently under review by our team. We will provide you with an update within 2-3 business days.
7. Our team will review your application for accuracy and either reach out to you with questions or email you a copy of our partnership agreement from Zoho Sign for e-signature.
8. Once you receive the agreement, click "Start Signing" to begin the e-signature process.
9. Click Proceed to document.
10. On the top bar, check the box to accept the e-sign consent, then click "Agree & Continue."
11. Sign and Click Finish.
12. Lucky Rhino will countersign and you will be emailed a completed copy of the agreement and a separate email confiming that the account has been approved.
13. While logged into your Shopify Store, navigate to "Apps" and select the Lucky Rhino Connector App.
14. Login to the Lucky Rhino Connector App.
15. Click Product from the toolbar on the left side.
16. Click load/sync products on the right side.
17. Products will populate in 10 minutes or less.
18. Products default to "Active" status. Please review the products that are visible on the Active tab and click the Status radial on the right side to Inactivate any and all items that should not be active for any reason (discontinued, custom, not applicable, refurbished, duplicate products, etc.).
19. To view Active products, click the Active tab. To view Inactive products (if any,) click the Inactive Tab.
20. Lucky Rhino will now set up the Active products to be available on our rewards platforms and reach out to you if we need additional product information, dimensions, UPC’s, etc. Our various rewards networks will launch in 7-45 days.
21. Once participants on our rewards networks redeem points for a product, we will upload the order directly into your Shopify Store for fulfillment.
22. Orders have Lucky Rhino as the Customer and Tags value so they can be easily separated (if necessary) from other orders in the store.
23. (If Applicable) the 3rd party Carrier, Account # and Zip Code will appear under the Notes field in the Additional Details Section of each order
24. Plan to login to the Lucky Rhino Connector App at least once per week to activate new in-stock items and inactivate items that are no longer available. This ensures a strong partnership between your brand, us, and the end customer.
