BigCommerce Integration
For retailers using BigCommerce.
To begin the integration process, follow the steps below. Once complete, a member of our team will reach out to answer any questions you may have. You can always contact us too!
How to Install and Configure the Lucky Rhino App from the BigCommerce Marketplace
1. Login to your BigCommerce Store.
2. Under Apps, click Marketplace.
3. Click BIGCOMMERCE.COM/APPS button.
4. Search for "Lucky Rhino" in the Search Window.
5. Click Install.
6. Click Confirm.
7. At the bottom of the page, click Sign Up.
8. Complete the form and click Signup.
(This information is used to populate our partnership agreement document which will later be sent for e-signature. Please ensure that this information is accurate to ensure best onboarding experience.)
9, You will receive an email notification to let you know that your application is currently under review by our team. We will provide you with an update within 2-3 business days.
10. Our team will review your application for accuracy and either reach out to you with questions or you will receive a copy of our partnership agreement for e-signature.

12. While logged into your BigCommerce Store, navigate to Apps and select the Lucky Rhino App.
13. Login to the Lucky Rhino App.
14. Click Product from the toolbar on the left side.
15. Click load/sync products on the right side.
16. Products will populate in 10 minutes or less.
17. Products default to "Active" status. Please review the products that are visible on the Active tab and click the Status radial on the right side to Inactivate any and all items that should not be active for any reason (discontinued, custom, not applicable, refurbished, duplicate products, etc.).
18. To view Active products, click the Active tab. To view Inactive products (if any,) click the Inactive Tab.
19. Lucky Rhino will now set up the Active products to be available on our rewards platforms and reach out to you if we need additional product information, dimensions, UPC’s, etc. Our various rewards networks will launch in 7-45 days.
20. Once participants on our rewards networks redeem points for a product, we will upload the order directly into your BigCommerce Store for fulfillment.
21. Plan to login to the Lucky Rhino App at least once per week to activate new in-stock items and inactivate items that are no longer available. This ensures a strong partnership between you, us, and the end customer.
